will now determine the inside directorial configuration; establish and
maintain relationships and also assign required resources.
-Lead
•This
helps them in assisting the staff, to achieve the company's goals and
also accomplish their personal or career goals, which can be powered by
motivation, communication, department dynamics, and department
leadership.

•When
these points are studied by the management, it is necessary to compare
both these things. This study or comparison leads to further corrective
and preventive actions.

Communication is simple to understand but difficult to define. Two-way process of reaching mutual understanding. in which participants not only exchange information. news, ideas, and feelings but also create and share meaning. In general, communication is a means of connecting people or places. In business, it is a key function of management. An organization cannot operate without communication between levels, departments and employees.
